This was a project in the Merchiston area of Edinburgh to transform a one bedroom with boxroom tenement flat into a modern two bedroom flat with study.

This involved altering the existing layout and moving the kitchen into the boxroom, dividing the large living room into a master bedroom with study created by a feature glass brick wall.

Again, the job got a complete overhaul with new kitchen, central heating, double glazed windows and hardwood flooring throughout.
